At MyGiftora, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you resolve it quickly and fairly.


Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unusedunworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

  • Return requests must be submitted to mygiftora.store@gmail.com before shipping any product back.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Important:
Because MyGiftora is a dropshipping-based store, some products are shipped directly from our global suppliers.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your item.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)

  • Health, beauty, or skincare items

  • Digital or downloadable products


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mygiftora.store@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We’ll review and issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


International Returns

For customers outside Canada, please note that:

  • Return shipping costs and customs duties are not refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
